Therapy
Once your wellness assessment has been completed and you have a care plan in place, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly appointments will be made to help with coping and maintenance. Sometimes medication may be an option for you, and that's something you'll discuss with one of our skilled providers, at your appointments. You are welcome at our clinic regardless of your feeding method and at any stage during the pre- or postpartum period. You will never get turned away. We have providers who are in network with most major insurances, to include TRICARE and NC Medicaid. A referral for Tricare may be required depending on your policy requirements; we recommend that you obtain a referral from your PCM prior to scheduling to avoid any cost-share amounts. For all insurance plans: there may be costs associated with virtual visits that are not seen with in-office visits due to expiring COVID-19 waivers. Tricare Select may be subject to a cost share for virtual visits. For BCBS Federal, no virtual visits are covered. For other insurances, there may be a higher associated co-pay than in office visits.

Our clinic collaborates with the NC Maternal Mental Health Matters Initiative based out of UNC, of which we are a preferred provider.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice before the appointment will result in a $75 cancellation fee.
