Our Philosophy

We want to assist you in transitioning into your new role as a parent and your new normal, by way of providing holistic postpartum wellness support and aiding you in achieving your breastfeeding goals.

About Us

The idea of LATCH was born when Sarah, a board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC), saw the need for better and more holistically-minded postpartum support through the families she worked with in her practice doing home visits.  Formerly known as Naturally the Best Lactation Services, Sarah has served the Fayetteville community for over 5 years.  As a previously hospital based nurse-midwife, Cinthya's passion for postpartum wellness grew from her own experience and from watching women transition into motherhood.

Getting Help

If you are feeling overwhelmed or frustrated since your baby's arrival, contact us for your individualized postpartum wellness assessment.  If breastfeeding isn't going as easily as you'd imagined, we're here to help with advanced clinical breastfeeding support.  We accept most major insurances, as well as TRICARE and Medicaid.  Our clinic collaborates with the NC Maternal Mental Health Matters Initiative based out of UNC, of which Cinthya is a preferred provider.

Self Confidence

Mom Guilt

This was the best experience I've ever had with a lactation consultant.  I was listened to and guided to the proper care for my son.  I was at a loss and about to give up on breastfeeding but working with Sarah changed all that!
